Niki is a commercially astute and pragmatic human resources professional with a thorough understanding of contemporary employee and industrial relations and best practice.

Niki is recognised for her proven ability to facilitate collaborative and productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels and for her delivery of clear advice and tailored solutions.

Her broad human resources, employee relations and industrial relations experience spans over 14 years and includes two years as a solicitor working in industrial and employment law.

Niki’s capability range includes managing complex issues involving individual employees, including as an employer representative in Fair Work Commission matters. She coaches executives and line management in the application of human resources systems and procedures and is experienced in the development and implementation of strategies, industrial instruments and procedures affecting whole workforces.

Niki offers employee relations consulting services to clients operating primarily in the mining, construction, maintenance and oil and gas industries.
