Aimee has a warm and engaging nature which gives her clients the reassurance they often need in complex and challenging situations. Her excellent communication skills allow her to build highly effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Her combined degrees in Business (Human Resource Management) and Psychology allow Aimee to apply the understanding of human behaviour and to analyse business issues from multiple angles, to provide comprehensive business solutions.
Working across the broad range of employment and industrial relations functions, Aimee advises on a variety of workplace issues, including performance management, termination of employment and redundancy. She is also our go to for interpreting Modern Awards and other industrial instruments.
