Charles combines his passion for delivering successful outcomes with his extensive experience to provide tailored and practical industrial relations solutions.

With a calm, methodical and diligent approach to solving complex issues, Charles instils confidence in his clients and actively seeks to align industrial relations law with business goals and objectives.

Recognised for his driven, results-oriented style, Charles provides pragmatic advice to his clients on a wide variety of employment and industrial relations matters (including enterprise bargaining, workplace investigations and representation).

His speciality lies in the Fair Work Act 2009, Modern Awards, employment disputes and transfer of business matters.

With significant industrial relations experience in both the public and private sectors, Charles draws on his background in hospitality, the motor and medical industries and government to understand client issues and assess risks. His advanced diploma and degree in archaeology and palaeoanthropology has also provided Charles with specialised knowledge and skills in relation to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander matters.
