My education and commercial work experience, from legal and technical through organisational development, to strategic HR and IR advisory, have provided me with the skills, experience and attributes to balance both commercial and people-focused management requirements, delivering value adding consulting services to employers in all manner of industries.
Conor combines his experience as an employment lawyer with his human resource, recruitment and IR advisory background to ensure productive client outcomes.

With his calm, logical and pragmatic approach, Conor easily builds trust, rapport and quality relationships with his clients. His broad base of human resources and industrial relations work experience, is supported by his specialist education. This blend of skills and expertise come into play on a daily basis in his role at Mapien.

With a background in employment law and experience in the areas of human resources, recruitment and industrial relations Conor is able to provide his clients with practical solutions to complex workplace issues.

Conor has exceptional technical and relationship skills, partnering with his clients to provide advice and assistance across a wide range of matters, including workplace restructure, discipline and performance management, workplace disputes, employment contracts, enterprise agreement implementation and interpretation and conducting workplace investigations.

Conor has worked across a variety of sectors including State and Local Government, Medical, Mining, Oil and Gas, Construction and Manufacturing and Financial Services.
