Kate combines over 10 years industry experience in industrial relations and human resource management, with a down to earth and pragmatic approach to helping organisations thrive.

Her background of employment law, management consulting, IR management, coaching and psychology gives Kate the unique ability to see all of the moving parts of an organisation or a problem and to navigate a tailored path for her clients.

Seeing an issue from different angles, allows Kate to find a holistic solution for the business, not simply a compliant one. Through building genuine relationships and partnering her with clients, Kate helps them balance strategic vision with detailed implementation and organisational improvement.

Kate has specialist experience working with global executive teams on planning and behavioural alignment and has dealt with complex workplace issues across industries including mining and resources, construction, major projects, education, market research, property, health care, government and not for profit.
