Lucinda combines her extensive human resources knowledge and experience to provide the best people solutions to her clients.
Lucinda has over 20 years’ generalist experience providing consulting, business partnering and advisory services across all areas of human resources management. 

Lucinda provides HR advice and assistance to support clients in the delivery of great people practices.

Her experience across all aspects of HR including development and implementation – performance management, HR policies and procedures, role design and job descriptions, auditing and compliance, recruitment and on-boarding, allow Lucinda to partner with her clients to develop people solutions in a style and medium to suit their business size, culture and objectives.

Quick to understand a business, their issues and needs, Lucinda takes a hands on approach and delivers clear advice to her clients; while providing the tools to enable good business decision making and success.

Lucinda’s HR project planning, management, execution and change management experience is extensive and she has both the understanding and practical experience to apply her knowledge.

Lucinda enjoys working with leaders in some of the more challenging frontline environments, providing support and solutions and assisting clients with implementation and improvement.  She has gained extensive experience across strategic and operational areas with particular specialisation in site-based HR operations roles.

Supporting leadership teams in the delivery of people strategies, Lucinda offers flexible and tailored solutions and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the mining, oil & gas industry.
