With an industrial relations background spanning almost three decades, Mark is experienced in developing innovative industrial relations strategies and has a strong background developing enterprise agreements, ERMPs, application of site based workforce management tactics and the application of the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth) rules and regulations.
Mark is also highly experienced in training and developing successful teams, interpreting industrial issues, systems and legislation.
