I have a passion for Industrial Relations and often refer to Workplace Relations legislation as the only legislation that speaks directly to me.
Maryke combines her specialist experience in Industrial Relations with a focused and approachable style.

Maryke believes there is a solution to every problem and is dedicated to finding the best result for her clients, even in the most challenging circumstances.

Her warm, compassionate nature allows her to quickly build rapport. Maryke understands the importance of her client’s business, and of ensuring they receive the best possible service and outcomes.

Spending numerous years working in employment law in South Africa, Maryke’s background as an Attorney, Employee Relations consultant and in-house employment law specialist have given her a deep understanding of applicable case law and legislation.
