Message from the CEO | COVID-19 Update

It has certainly been an unprecedented couple of weeks, with the World Health Organisation declaring Coronavirus (COVID-19) a pandemic. I wanted to take this opportunity to reassure all our valued clients of the detailed measures that Mapien has in place.

We have taken all possible steps to reinforce our business and its continuity throughout this difficult period with a focus on three key areas:

  • Health and wellbeing of our clients, staff, contractors and their families,
  • Commitment to provide our clients with pragmatic people solutions to enable their success,
  • Monitoring and management of the changes as they occur.

What measures are we taking?

We are ‘open for business’ and committed to continue working for our clients as the pandemic spreads.

We are taking proactive measures to help minimise and reduce the spread of this virus and ensure we are prepared to provide seamless client delivery if our team are required  to work from home for an extended period. Our flexible working culture means our entire team are able to deliver services from wherever they are.

To avoid unnecessary risk of exposure we have postponed face to face client events and are able to facilitate meetings, workshops and consultations with you via Zoom video conferencing and webinars.
