Overview
One of Mapien’s clients engaged our team to assist with the strategic preparation for negotiations of their enterprise agreement, as well as participate as a key member of the organisation’s negotiation team.

During our engagement, we played a key role in supporting the negotiation and certification of their enterprise agreement.
Mapien’s involvement included running a strategic workshop and providing ongoing advice, helping the organisation prepare for and actively participate in negotiation meetings, and offering continual guidance on bargaining strategies and tactics as part of the negotiation team.
We researched wage trends and economic forecasts to support negotiations, successfully concluded the bargaining process, assisted in drafting the final agreement, and led the preparation and submission of certification documents to the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC). We also continued to advise the organisation on various industrial relations issues, such as disciplinary matters and dispute resolution.
