Our client identified they needed to achieve a cultural shift within the organisation.

It was recognised that changing the culture in any organisation requires a strategic and long-term approach, which ultimately needs to be championed from senior leadership level.

Mapien was engaged for support in how to accomplish this change.

In approaching and engaging with the leadership team to establish ‘buy in’ on the change journey, it was recognised that education and a ‘re-set’ was needed to ensure the company’s expectations around appropriate workplace behaviour and the expectation of leaders in the business, was clear.

Mapien developed a tailored full-day leadership training workshop, which was rolled out nationally.

Our leadership training workshop not only covered appropriate workplace behaviour topics such as discrimination, harassment and bullying, but also focussed on specific company expectations, manager responsibilities, liability considerations and communication in the workplace.

The training was rolled out at a national level by Mapien Workplace Strategists from both the Western Australian & Queensland teams, and via online platforms to capture other states.
