Shane supports all aspects of payroll, with his experience covering all levels of management, supervisory, administrative, professional, technical, clerical and operative staff working under common law contracts, awards and collective agreements.
Shane has established new payroll services, modified existing services, implemented new time keeper and payroll software and conducts audits, making recommendations to improve processes.
In addition, he runs payroll and payroll audits to ensure the terms and conditions of employment for client run payrolls are correctly applied. This requires him to be able to interpret terms and conditions of employment based on employee relations principles.
Shane’s detailed and disciplined approach has seen him able to identify incorrect applications of terms and conditions, resulting in cost savings or the identification of risk for the client.
With his broad expertise, Shane has worked closely with clients from the maritime, construction, mining, oil and gas, manufacturing and retail industries.
