Sophie combines her legal background with strong practical experience to support clients in navigating complex workplace challenges. She has a strong interest in the complexities of employment and industrial relations, with experience advising on a wide range of matters including research, analysis and interpretation of employment frameworks, legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and workplace policies and procedures. Sophie’s expertise also extends to workplace investigations, disciplinary processes, and representing employers in matters before the Fair Work Commission.

Sophie has worked across a broad range of industries including the public sector, childcare, education, aged care, healthcare and local government. She takes the time to understand each client’s unique circumstances, ensuring her advice and support are tailored to their specific operational and regulatory environment.

Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Industrial Relations, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, Masters of Employment & Labour Law (current)
