Bridget’s combined degrees in Law and Business (Human Resource Management) and her experience in several in-house employee relations roles, both in and outside of Australia, allow her to take a holistic view in analysing issues, looking at them from multiple angles.

Bridget provides strategic guidance and advice to clients across various industries in relation to their employment and industrial relations needs. She supports clients with performance management, discipline and termination processes, workplace investigations, enterprise bargaining agreement negotiations, and the interpretation and application of Industrial Instruments and relevant legislation.
