Leith Middleton is a highly experienced Consultant and Registered Psychologist with an extensive background in both organisational and clinical psychology.
An expert in complex people issues, Leith has been leading psychological health and safety projects at both strategic and team intervention levels and brings enthusiasm to the workplace setting with her passion for diverse and integrated applications of psychology.
Leith’s background across both organisational psychology and counselling provides her with a holistic understanding of the psychological health and safety factors that come into play for people in workplaces.
She has expert knowledge on complex people issues such as psychological health and safety, mental health, and human resource challenges. She is also a trusted advisor and coach to leaders of all levels, from frontline leaders to senior executives. As an accomplished facilitator, Leith delivers training and workshops for diverse groups of clients and stakeholders.
With strong expertise in complex workplace issues, Leith has delivered projects related to organisational culture, mental health and high performing teams across different industries and sectors including public and private sector organisations, GOCs and tertiary institutions.
