Drawing on her background in psychology, together with experience across Human Resources and Industrial Relations, Hariva advises organisations on a broad range of proactive and responsive workplace matters. Her strengths lie in clarifying complex information, identifying key risks and opportunities, and translating workplace legislation, industrial instruments and employment obligations into clear, practical guidance that clients can confidently act on.
Hariva advises across a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, including disciplinary and performance management processes, workplace legislation and modern award interpretation and compliance, enterprise bargaining, workplace investigations and Fair Work Commission proceedings.
Her combination of technical expertise, emotional intelligence and client-centred thinking enables Hariva to support organisations in navigating workplace challenges with confidence while fostering positive, productive and sustainable outcomes.
