Bringing over 20 years of employment and industrial relations experience to the table, Mark is known for providing creative and practical answers to complex workplace issues.

With a particular focus on investigation and review of employment matters, enterprise bargaining/awards, advocacy, managing complex cases and workforce redesign, Mark partners with his clients to develop innovative strategies to ensure significant organisational improvement.

His personable and engaging nature enables Mark to easily develop a rapport with clients to gain their trust and confidence. He utilises his interpersonal and leadership skills to provide mentoring and training for employee relations practitioners.

Mark is a specialist in complaints management, managing and resolving misconduct, workplace bullying complaints, advocacy in all industrial jurisdictions as well as providing strategic advice in relation to employment arrangements and conditions.

Mark is valued for his depth of knowledge and breadth of experience, in particular in the public sector.
