I am passionate about using the investigative skills I have developed over time to assist clients in managing complex workplace investigations and developing practical solutions.
Rebecca is a highly experienced practitioner, who has had a successful career leading complex and challenging investigations in a variety of employment sectors.

Rebecca brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to investigative strategy and with her strong communication skills and supportive, caring nature, quickly builds trust and rapport with people from all walks of life.

Rebecca has led complex investigations in both the public and private sectors across Australia and the United Kingdom. Her breadth of experience has meant she has investigated a wide range of issues including corrupt conduct, performance issues, bullying, harassment, discrimination, workplace conflicts and disputes.

Rebecca is experienced at not only assessing evidence in relation to specific investigative scenarios, but also operating proactively, to identify causative factors and remedial action to minimise the likelihood of similar issues arising in future.  An expert in solving complex workplace matters, Rebecca brings a trusting, comprehensive approach to people-related issues.
