Colin’s career as a Human Resources practitioner has benefited from progressing through a clerical route, encompassing payroll, personnel and industrial relations roles and culminating in management of both field and corporate functions.
Colin has a broad human resources background in both an operations and construction environment, however his specialty is in strategic industrial relations planning and management.
With particular skills in project planning and execution, as well as the use of change management techniques as practical tools for effective project delivery – Colin’s ability to deliver high level service and outcomes to his clients is backed by his 35 years plus experience in the oil and gas and construction industries.
Colin has provided senior industrial relations and general human resources support to offshore production facilities, onshore processing facilities and corporate planning groups and his construction expertise covers industrial relations, payroll, human resources, project management and branch management roles.
