Niki’s experience in employment relations spans over 10 years and includes two years as a solicitor working in industrial relations, employment law and commercial litigation.

Her practical experience and expertise allow Niki to partner with her clients to gain a deep understanding into all employment related issues, offering tailored advice and solutions.

Niki’s scope of services include the development and implementation of collective agreements and individual contracts of employment, conducting workplace investigations, discipline and performance management processes.

Her expertise includes researching and advising on employment related issues and the interpretation of employment legislation and industrial instruments; policy development and implementation; and on-site ER monitoring and support.

Niki delivers industrial relations and human resources consulting services to organisations of all sizes and across all stages of the project lifecycle, including initial development, contractor selection, construction, ongoing operations and maintenance.  The assistance Niki provides varies from managing individual employee issues, through tothe development and implementation of strategies, policies and processes affecting the entire workforce.

Niki offers employee relations consulting services to clients operating primarily in the mining, construction, maintenance and oil and gas industries.
