Alice is a highly motivated employee relations professional dedicated to supporting teams to fulfil workplace culture, achieve organisational goals and improve business processes and outcomes.

She provides research and interpretation of  case law, legislation and industrial instruments and undertakes industry benchmarking and analysis for use in formulating employee relations strategies including EA negotiations.  Alice drafts detailed written advice on various industrial relations matters and is experienced in driving HR initiatives across an organisation.
