Passionate about people and behaviour, Jaki draws on her organisational consulting experience to drive continuous improvement in onboarding, employee development, and workplace culture.
Her interest in talent advice, strategy and process design has allowed Jaki to develop a unique perspective on the various factors that influence organisational success. She has operational and consulting experience across Corporate and Not-For-Profit sectors.
Using behavioural insights and tools to enhance organisational culture, Jaki is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and creating positive solutions for her clients.
As Jaki continues her own learning journey in completing her graduate diploma of Psychology (Advanced), she draws on her background in behaviour and psychological science to provide a multidimensional view of behaviour change, utilising her skills to meaningfully contribute to organisational development and improvement initiatives.
Jaki supports the delivery and interpretation of psychometric assessments and is responsible for ensuring the testing practice process runs smoothly for all stakeholders involved. She uses her abilities to support and contribute to projects involving organisational development, leadership, culture and engagement.
