Combining his background as a human resources generalist, with his strong industrial relations, cultural development and policy focus, Jamie partners closely with clients to maximise people impact.

With over 15 years experience as a human resources professional within large multi-national organisations, Jamie provides employment relations solutions across geographically diverse operations.

His ability to understand each client’s cultural environment and business drivers, allow Jamie to work with leaders on business improvement activities, organisational restructures and change management routines.

Experienced in consulting on all aspects of people, change and engagement activities, Jamie has implemented practices for identifying improvement activities based on value to his client’s business.

He uses his strong Interpersonal skills to coach leaders through organisational restructure activities and change management practices, and is passionate about providing tailored solutions to his clients.

His expertise in industrial relations, cultural development, employment law and HR policy & procedure development have seen Jamie partner with companies across the logistics, aerospace and resources industries.

Jamie is perfectly placed to lead our Mapien Victorian and South Australian operations.
