Business & Employers

We provide a full suite of services and help simplify the sponsorship process for private and public sector employers needing to sponsor skilled individuals to work in Australia, as well as the visa application process for highly skilled workers.

Employment Visas

Our services cover the full suite of employment visas available under the temporary and permanent migration frameworks, including: Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist) visa – Subclass 400 Allows skilled individuals to complete a period of highly specialised, non-ongoing work in Australia (usually up to three months in duration, or up to six in certain prescribed circumstances).

Individuals

Australia’s migration program offers a range of options for individuals, and temporary or permanent residence may be granted under a number of pathways.

Advocacy & Appeals

With experience spanning a combined period of more than 40 years, our team has provided services to clients under multiple Governments and Immigration Ministers, in turn providing a practical and in-depth understanding of migration legislation and policy.

Citizenship & RRVs

Australian Citizenship is governed by a separate Commonwealth Government Act and while these applications can be relatively straightforward, there are continued measures to tighten the eligibility requirements for individuals who wish to transition from permanent residence to citizenship.

We manage the entire application process for sponsored employees, from initiation to approval and ongoing compliance.

Our team has a broad range of technical expertise and practical experience which also extends to general skilled migration for individuals, family stream applications (partners, parents and children), Australian citizenship, Resident Return Visas, and the Business Innovation and Investor visa framework. We can assist with complex cases including health and character issues (including waivers), family sponsorship limitations and re-entry bans. This includes providing assistance with seeking merits review of a cancellation or refusal before the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

We take our responsibilities seriously at Mapien Immigration and all migration assistance and advice is provided by lawfully Registered Migration Agents in accordance with the Migration Agents’ Code of Conduct. Our Registered Migration Agents are also all members of the Migration Institute of Australia, the premier representative body for the migration advice profession in Australia.
