Ian is passionate about unleashing the science of psychology and behaviour at work.
Ian’s consulting career and experience is backed by his deep interest in the application of science behind human behaviour, and psychology to engage clients and achieve sustainable results.
As a psychologist, Ian employs a research and evidence based approach to leadership development, workshop-design and organisational diagnostics to ensure quality and stickiness of knowledge.
Ian has extensive experience in leadership assessment and development across organisations and has worked with employees just starting their careers, through to experienced/executive leaders in both the public and private sectors.
With his open and energetic style, Ian facilitates engaging workshops and presentations across a wide range of areas, including broad leadership development, emotional intelligence, unconscious bias, group effectiveness, and many more.
Ian brings particular expertise in the development, administration and consultation for psychometric assessments for selection and development; and leads the Mapien psychometric function to provide values to our clients across sector and industry.
