Jason’s experience and expertise addressing behavioural change spans organisational psychology, motivation, coaching, predictive analytics, adult learning theory, behavioural economics, nudging, data analysis, automation, social psychology, influencing and persuasion.
He uses his considerable experience in data analytics to help clients analyse and deliver pragmatic key people metrics. Jason has also been heavily involved in strategic workforce planning, taking the opportunity to blend people data analytics with organisational strategy.
As a coach, Jason has worked with new and senior leaders in health, education, IT, and childcare to overcome people management challenges.
