Rebecca’s combination of Law & Psychological Science degrees, provides her with a good understanding of organisational behaviour, allowing her to offer the best possible people solutions for every unique circumstance.

Problem solving is one of Rebecca’s strengths and she is focused on providing high quality work that is timely, tailored and innovative.

She works across the broad range of Employment & Industrial Relations functions, including researching and interpreting case law and legislation, written advice, and analysis of workplace employment relations issues. Additionally, she provides advice regarding the interpretation of modern awards, assists in the preparation of enterprise agreements, and drafts and reviews workplace policies and contracts.

Rebecca is inspired by the famous Mahatma Gandhi quote, “The future depends on what you do today”. Her positive attitude, energy and a genuine willingness to learn, makes her a highly valued member of the Mapien Team.
